Hi! My name is Nora West-Allen and I am the daughter of The Flash and Iris! But you already know who I am, blah blah. I am here to tell you how I told my parents that I was gay! Yay

So, I had this crush on another journalist, Spencer Young, but my dad and mom didn’t  know... They didn’t  even know I am lesbian... I mean my future mom knows, but not the same thing, right?

Anyway, while the ladies from team Flash was watching dad playing baseball, by the way, not greatly, I slipped out that Spencer was kind cute, which alerted my mom, not that she was against or mad, but surprised. Basically my mom had some clue that I am part of the LGBT community, but dad was clueless.

After the bomb attack, my parents started to have some suspicions on Spencer, making me mad.

'It doesn't make sense! Why she would be a villain? Just because she is your rival, mom?'

My dad got in the middle,

'Nora, that not what we're implying! We just have to look on all the facts, ok?'

I ended up scoffing and getting out of the lounge. She is not a villain, right?

Anyway, even though I didn't agree on, my parents put a bug in me and made me check if she is a meta, which was totally unnecessary...

'We are right here if you need us.'

'Mom, I know'- I scoffed

I entered Jitters and bumped into her.

'Sorry, Spencer.'

'That is okay, do I know you?

I can hear my parents: Dad saying 'oh oh' and Mom telling me again what to do... sometimes she can be a pain in the ass...

What do I do? I am thinking when a lightbulb appears on my head!

Oh my god! She just flirted with me! There is butterflies on my stomach... I give a small smile while my face it's red like a tomato... I would give my phone if my mom hadn't interrupted... Damn it, my first time ALMOST setting up a date in months!

'Nora! Isn't time to go to the movies? Why don't you check your watch?'

This was my time to piss off my mom for after what she done!

'She could be dangerous!'

'I am just trying to protect you!'

'Is that supposed to be you thing now?'

'What that supposed to mean?!'

So after I explained angrily what she done... I guess will do... we had a discussion.

My mom left, leaving only my dad and me in the Cortex... That was my cue to tell him, since mom already known.

'So dad, you probably noticed that Spencer flirted with me...' I took a big breath to continue...

' Like it might had surprise you, so... I am going to cut right into, I am gay.'

That is not like I wished it had been... I mean it wasn't a good time at the moment... but it's already done.

My dad looked at me and smiled... Wait, what?

'I kind already know, I mean you did asked her phone number'

I did a surprise face, thinking how he knows...

It looked like he read my mind.

'Bug remember?'

'Yeah, right...' I give a small smile.

'Hey, you know, we are okay with this, right? I mean, there isn't anything to be sad about.'

I think I gave the biggest smile in the world!

' Thanks Dad! I hugged him a little bit to strong as he was asking for breath.
